Life's a drag

My dog Rufus is normally a happy soul but one thing makes him miserable - rain. Even having his coat put on before we go out alerts him to the terrible truth beyond the front door. So it's more going for a drag than going for a walk. Could he look any more pathetic? Of course, it could all be a ploy to get more for his dinner...
