Burst bank

We've had a lot of rain in Stirling this week. Today was calmer and this is the river forth beside my work. The water has receded a fair bit already but it resembles a lake rather than a river! It not this wide normally. The tree in the middle is usually on the opposite bank.

Hopefully some dry weather to come and it can go back to normal levels.

Feeling a bit under the weather. Been bunged up all week and been waiting on a cold taking grip. Today my energy has gone so when I got home from work tonight I put my jammies on and curled up on the couch under the duvet. I'll go back to body pump next week.
