I took part in Scotland The World Over.

Craig doesn't like being blipped but he was ok with this one.
Rubbish day, at the hospital again and things aren't as good as they were on Monday. I still feel much better and have loads more energy, I just don't know why things won't heal. Chocolate and rum tonight.
