Frangipane Tarte aux Pommes

I picked up some quinces while I was in London I had an idea for a quince tart but as I've only a few I tested the recipe using bramleys. It's a little over cooked so I don't think I need to blind bake the pastry first but otherwise it's worked OK as a proof of concept.
