A Christmas tradition - my only one!

I made this advent calendar a long time ago from a Canadian book on how to 'make' Christmas. The book may have disappeared but the felt tree with yellow stars and bits of velcro has survived. My 20 month grand-daughter arrived tonight for the weekend and had the honour of attaching the first star.
