Imelda May

Maggie and I got all dressed up in our best 50's-esque gear and had a fab night out!

We'll gloss over the fact that I forgot the tickets and we had to rush back to mine through the pouring rain and wind in our heels...and go straight to the amazing sushi we had at KanPai (it's just opened where Stac Polly used to be and is run by the same people who have the wondrous Sushiya at Haymarket) sooo very yummy. (it is fairly typical that this place would open on Grindlay St just as I'd moved away). Then we popped into All Bar One for a drink before heading to the Picture House to see Imelda May, who was really fantastic!

We don't go out very often but when we do, we do it in style ;)
