Sidewalk Shadows

Usually, I drive, drive, drive to work and back. But every couple of months I get to ride the bus downtown to an all day meeting. I am amazed how buses are almost temples of contemplation compared to the concentration of driving. Especially now that everyone holds their "smart" phone hymnal in their hand for silent prayer. In any case, walking the few blocks between bus and home I saw this pattern on the ground
