An apple a day...

They have lasted months hanging on my tree in the garden but as of a week ago the rotten apples are finally starting to give up clutching to the tree. The birds gave up eating them a long time back. This apple is about the only one left that hasn't collapsed in on itself with rot, hmmm yummy!

I'm ashamed to say I didn't eat any of the apples on the tree last summer, very wasteful of me I'm sure...
