Grandmother's.

Have been watching New James Martin's Mediterranean on the Good Food Channel.
He was visiting Minori on the Amalfi Coast.Beautiful views, blue sky, and sea!
Cold dull and wet here today!
Anyhow he mentioned how he treasured his grandmother's chopping board.
So that gave me the idea of this blip.

This was my grandmother's. It has a lovely feel to it especially the clever way the handle is carved into it . My mother used it and now I do. Has no value except to me , priceless.

P.S.
The chopped veg were for the rabbit casserole (also includes bacon, thyme,red wine,prunes and table spoon of brandy) which we are going to eat shortly. (rabbit from our butcher, locally caught !)
I know some people who won't like this!! !!( S &H!)
