A little off balance

Definatley feeling at little off balance today.
It maybe Friday and I may have only done a four day week but after today it feels like I've done a much longer week!

Why is it that some people are happy to do stuff behind your back but then when they don't want to have the responsibilty of making a decision they come back to you! Work drives me insane!
