Valley of the Long White Cloud

These clouds never shifted for most of the morning, but when they did eventually disappear it chucked it down for the rest of the afternoon.

The Long White Cloud is rather appropriate because of course New Zealand is called the Land of the Long White Cloud, and they have their All Blacks. And the Neath Valley has its own and the original and best All Blacks, Neath R.F.C. We've got a game tonight against the old enemy Swansea, but I'm going to miss it.

Day off today and had a long lie in, ten hours sleep in total! Bliss! Sadly the day has been a bit of a waste though as the plans I had didn't quite come off as I wanted, although I have written all my Christmas cards now.
