No expense spent...

Christmas arrived in our flat today, with this little tree. It's in the hall, replacing the much-debated jar of fresh flowers which I say are pretty and welcoming, and my boyfriend says are useless and a waste of money :)

I think in total it cost me about a fiver, it's a black tinsel tree with some super-cheapo lights. We do have a proper tree, I'll get round to putting that up at some stage, just as soon as I've bought a tonne of chocolate decorations to hang on it!

I quite like the patterns the lights on this one throw onto the wall when they reflect off the tinsel. I can see it out of the corner of my eye while I work and it cheers me up lots :)
