Runaway Wedding

En route to visit our friends in Northumbria today we stopped off at Gretna Green for some Christmas shopping at the retail outlets. While Mrs B checked out the shops I went in search of a blip.

This is Gretna Parish Church in silhouette along with the church tree. My interest was the combination of the silhouettes and sky, which had some wonderful cloud formations. I couldn't really capture all the clouds I wanted but settled on these slightly saturated ones.

Great to catch up with close friends and share an outstanding meal with them this evening in a Corbridge restaurant.
