Land of Cactus

We made it across the US/Mexico border, of which I have no photos after reading that a fellow traveler was detained after shooting some shots, with little trouble and only a couple of delays. It was then a solid six hours in the car until we reached Navajoa. There were some great rock formations along the way, but the weather was horrendous and we really had no time to spare. Once we were settled at the Hotel El Mayo, I took a quick trip up the street passing this cactus in front of the next door shopping center to get a couple of photos, but none matched this image I captured as I hustled by.
