1st park run

My sister and I went along to Southwick Country Park today where they are part of the Park Run organisation - nationwide parks with a 5km timed running route - see link http://www.parkrun.org.uk/southwickcountrypark/ - 'twas good to stretch our legs and jab at the motivation! - thanks Nat - see you there soon!
