Civilised boozing

Believe it or not, today was the first opportunity I've had to make any of my hot winter drinks (of the alcoholic variety). I've given mulled cider, hot honey vodka, and Pimm's Winter a miss for now (but they will follow very shortly) and have, instead, gone for the very traditional mulled wine instead.
