York

Caught the train to York for the day. Only half an hour from Darlington so pretty easy.

We had a wander around the shops, some great little one off places there, and a very nice lunch in the famous Betty's Tearoom.

At one point headed off alone to try and get some bits for Jen's Christmas present, which although I was successful I did get rather lost around all the little lanes!

I really like York, we'll have to come back one day and do have a proper wander around all the historic attractions
