Birthday boy

It's hubby's birthday today and we both woke up with a stinking cold.
Mid-morning, he opened his presents - a big tool box to keep all his tools, a nice winter hungarian down duvet, a lindt cholctae advent calendar and other bits and bobs.
My son was very uncomfortable with his new braces all day. He couldn't eat anything but soup and yoghurt. In the evening, we went out for a birthday meal and he managed to eat something there.
