braving the human

The birds are going mad for the food in the feeders now the colder weather is here. I sat in the garden for about 2o minutes this afternoon doing my best impression of a permenant garden feature to encourage the birds back. Of course most were much too cautious, but this sweet little Red Poll was hungry and brave and scoffed his way through plenty, whilst the others couldn't quite bring themselves to land. Possibly me and my pink camera didn't suit their palatte?

Lovely relaxing day, Hubs off doing computing favours in Skibbereen while I pottered, blipped and made a top notch chilli.

Fires alight, so snuggling down with Hubs and Mumma (the cat) n a little veno.
