There's an old mill...

One great thing about living near a river is that it's an endless source of pictures. The River Nene winds its way sedately through Northamptonshire and in many of the villages in its path there are lovely watermills. They may not produce power now, although that wouldn't be a bad idea these days, but most are kept in good condition as homes or sites for businesses. On our Friday walk this morning we came across the mill at Wadenhoe. You can rest a while on the bridge that faces it and just take in the serene view and reflection.
