Oh really?!

Saw this while negotiating past fellow Christmas shoppers in Rose Street.

Not a hugely successful trip. Managed to get my mum's birthday present and took advantage of the offer in Starbucks of a half-priced mug. Also bought a latte and cake, but as all the seats were taken, that meant standing.

So while the police can enforce regulations, how about coffee shops have one of their own? If your cup is empty, kindly move on....
