'Well Jim it was a game of one half'

I think the last time I attended a football match, youtube didn't exist. As the American guests from our wrok place are currently enjoying the delights of Edinburgh, again I have been able to proudly show off the city, I thought that going to see a football game in Scotland is something they would not normally do.

We therefore headed through to the 'Friday night experiment' in Motherwell a pitch I had hitherto never visited. The first half went well and the mighty Hibernian actually scored their first goal under the new management of Pat Fenlon. Unfortunately the game was abandoned due to some fire in the floodlights and my colleagues will have to come back to see the rescheduled game.

So Hibs were winning but didn't actually win.Nearly ugly scenes on the way out as there were delays getting out.
