Izzy has hydrocephalus and is registered as disabled and as having special needs.

There are a number of professionals who monitor and assess her condition, including a consultant paediatrician, a neurologist at Birmingham Children's Hospital, a physio therapist, a speech and language therapist (from whom she was recently discharged for making excellent progress) and various child development specialists, including a Portage worker.

Today was the Portage Christmas party, siblings were allowed so both Lulu and Izzy had so much fun.
