Cayton Bay

Yep they are mad! Today was freezing, wet, freezing, dark, freezing, damp, freezing, sleeting, freezing, hail stoning and freezing. There was no hanging about taking pictures today! Had a really lovely day today ...especially considering how trashed we all felt after the show. We went to Scarborough to see a art exhibition which had some stunning pictures of our area both in painting and photographs (by Joe Cornish).

On our way back we stopped off to watch the maaaaad surfers. Hypothermia must have been a reality for some. I couldn't decide today between the one I went with or Jasmine and Jaden running for cover as it rained again! I really liked the misty Scarborough view too. It was so nice to be together and the kids didn't moan. We had Christmas songs on in the car and the atmosphere was lovely. Even John didn't moan about all the cheesy Christmas tunes. Felt happy :-)
