Almost Home

After all the fuss about the road closure the Rest is now openduring daylight hours until Wednesday, hopefully then everything will return to normal, or will it? Snow in the way back home today , hills covered in snow and a few snow falls on the way over from Balfron all the way to Gartocharn.

Wonderful views all the way up Loch Lomond and Loch Long but the best light was as we came through Inveraray and almost home.

Tonight's blip is one of many on the way home, Ben Lomomd had some light but this is the one I liked best over Loch Fyne to the Arrochr Alps.

A very happy weekend with family and friends celebrating John's 65th. Also have to say the performance at the Theatre Royal was amazing. Scrooge was wonderful, very witty script , great cast magnificent staging and superb performances , particularly Tommy Steele.

Back blipped Scott's birthday cake which he got yesterday, several days late because of the floods. The boys and their mum returned the complement by makinge John a lovely birthday cake.
