Crinkly Wrinkles

A very quick one day trip to the dentist in Edinburgh was made worthwhile by going to the launch night of the christmas show at Axolotl Gallery.

This amazing picture was about 7ft by 4ft and each wrinkle was creased into the paper to create a 3D look then detailed with charcoal and ink by artist Omar Arráez.
The pictures look equally amazing back lit. Well worth a look if your in the area.
