I am so fed up of taking mediocre pictures. That wasn't a sympathy plea by the way, more of a 'grr' to myself. Anyway in a homey moment I made lemon curd which I may sit and eat with spoon it is so damn good.

For those who know what Octopush is can I just have a a brief boast - my rude but talented 13 year old was part of a local team who travelled for the best part of 20 hours to compete in the junior national octopush championship and, in her first competition, her team got a bronze. Strange sport but jolly well done all the same.
