Thank you to everyone who commented on my 100th blip! I have a lot of catching up to do tomorrow, right now I'm getting off the computer and heading for a much needed very early night!

I've not had enough sleep the past few days and feel very run down, an angel in the form of a beauty therapy tutor came into my office at 430 today and offered me a free facial!! (its the end of the year and they are trying to cram the students through their final assessments!)

this is the machine used on me for my high frequency facial treatment!! it looks scary but it was wonderful!
