Pollen
Seriously folks, once spring is over I promise to blip things other than birds. Most days I don't actually set out planning to blip them, they just sort of happen.
Anyway, this blip explains why tui beaks, which are jet black, seem to be yellow at this time of year. Much pollen is exchanged from flax to flax - hey presto - pollination.
I've cropped this within an inch of its life so in large it is blurry but it does show better detail of the pollen exchange.
