Dealey Plaza - Dallas, Texas

Looking back at the book depository from the spot where John F. Kennedy was assassinated. Oswald's window is the open one - second down on the right side, just above the tree.


We stopped in Dallas for the Sixth Floor Museum - all about Kennedy and the assassination. It was far larger than we'd expected, so it took several hours longer to see than we'd planned.

At about Shreveport, La., it became apparent we weren't going to make it home, so we stopped for the night.
