Another day of unnecessary, unwanted lowness.

Phoned some people, so hopefully I should get it sorted soon.

I miss smiling.

And eating loads.


My parents are in Winch though, so I went and saw them for a few minutes and had a hug and a heart to heart.

Mum's always help.
