Blowing away the Cobwebs
After quite a night of food and drink at the Badminton Club Christmas Meal, headed into the Pentland Hills with a good friend of mine for some fresh air.
It has been snowing quite heavily earlier on, and the car temperature dial read 1C.
Started off from Hillend Ski Centre which I believe is the longest artificial ski slope in Europe.
Bit of a climb to the top through the snow and wind.
It was pretty chilly (a great understatement) at the top of the hills and along the ridge. No idea what the wind chill factor was. But I didn't hang around too long to take photos.
Certainly cleared the head.
