First Impressions..

The D3 arrived today which is perfect timing as I've just sent the D2x to Nikon Dusseldorf to be refurbished.. My first impressions of the D3 are very positive.. The manual is thick and the camera controls are familiar.. There are lots of new features and improvements on the D2X... I'll take my time to get my head round some of them but I've already noticed that there is more in camera control of filters and effects..Here's one of my first test shots of a rusty old beer tin and I'm pleased with the results and the potential capabilities.
