& so the mincemeat process begins

My first attempt at making homemade mincemeat for mince pies. Last year I bought a jar & just made the pastry, but this time i wanted to attempt them from scratch. Apart from costing an arm & a leg for all of the ingredients, it is smelling amazing (if I'm allowed to say so myself). I have to leave this over night so the finished piece will come tomorrow.
