The thought of driving from Kent to Wales was a little too much to think about on Sunday, when we finally surfaced and made it down for breakfast....

However I knew that there would be a roast dinner waiting for me with home-grown veg! You can't beat Roast lamb and mint sauce... Mmmmm!
