There's a Light at the end of the Tunnel

There's not really a tunnel there but I like to be optimistic.

What's the point in grumbling around all the time over nothing or lots of things when we can be happy with what we have, what we've been given and other people; opposed to thinking the worst of everything and everyone.

I've always been optimistic and I don't know if you can change from pessimism to optimism but I can definitely recommend it.
