Jack frost

Jack Frost made his presence felt today....flipping freezing. Ryver is poorly at the moment. He has a rough cough and no sleep because of it. He had a nose bleed the other day. Woke up with it. Tonight again he has had a minor one whilst he was trying to sleep. Sofa day tomorrow.
