Winter afternoon

Though this window - sorry, I couldn't bear to open it today - faces east, the dark cloud that has not yet reached the far side of the Firth gives the illusion that this is either a dawn picture (for those in the know) or a westward view. The light left in the sky was heightened by the light of the snow on the hills, and the dark intensified by the street lights of Dunoon.
