Half a billion

The New Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Edgbaston cost £545 million to build. Someone told me the NHS are paying a million a week to rent the place from Balfour Beatty.
I know WH Smith pays about £42,000 a year for premises there... Not much of an offset against fifty two million though.
