happy birthday to me

a lovely day on the beach

it felt like we were being hardy 'we don't care what the weather does' people. but then the sun came out and we wondered why we hadnt brought our bathers.

i got a big chocolate cake from the fancy deli. mr skaterg1rl helpfully pointed out that due to food inflation, the cake cost 30% more than the same cake last year. how romantic. but i did get my lovely lovely computer and that made me happy.
