Sprouted salad with seaweed, plus pate

Tried a new pate recipe today: walnut and mushroom. Very simple, quick, and delicious. Served it with the rainbow flax crackers I made yesterday.

This didn't seem substantial enough on its own for my main meal of the day, so I made a salad with some sprouted lentil and wheatberries that were just ready. Added some dulse (seaweed) and artichokes, then dressed it with sesame oil and lime juice. Rather more-ish. If I'd had some alfalfa that would have made a nice addition.
