Family birthday celebration for mum (her birthday was last Weds). Jules joins us with Indian sweets which goes down well. The Thai meal is a little disappointing bet Chris in Thailand has a better meal. We Skype when we get back.
Jules leaves in a huff .... he thought I was going to go home with him and to the party over the road (which was a lunch do) but just getting home with my bad back feels like a major achivement. Make it though ... somehow!
