Enter Stage Left

Walking through Edinburgh Waverley just now feels very much like being backstage in a large theatre. Except it would have to be a very old fashioned and messy dirty one!

Everything is wrapped in plastic, supported by scaffolding, redirected, rerouted, resurfaced or cancelled. Twice this week I have nearly had to pass up my morning coffee to catch the connecting train to get me in to work on time.

I just hope it is all worth the effort...
