Kath's Christmas Puds

Lovely Kath made these little puds..

they are filled with brandy butter truffles.. which are rather nice!

Amazingly busy~long day..

did 11 hours~ but it felt like it whizzed by as we were soo busy..

One of our chocolatiers *not Kath! Phew.. is off into hospital tomorrow for a op..
ridiculously c**p timing.. but hey thats the the luck of the draw i guess...

we will pull together .. just the few of us left~ and make it thru to christmas.. with our sanity~~mostly intact!!!
