Happy St Nicholas Day!

Some Swiss friends of ours introduced us this year to the Swiss tradition of baking a St Nicholas shaped figure to celebrate St Nicholas Day on the 6th December. I would love to tell you he tasted delicious, but the kids snaffled him up so I didn't taste so much as a crumb! I guess this speaks for itself!
