That is very big and far away...
Millau Viaduct, 740-ish metres or so, taller than the Eiffel tower. we went over it, after visiting Roquefort. This was one of the longest days driving, over the highlands, the road peaked at about 1.2km above sea level (on the motorway) and involved about 10 miles of engine braking to get off it. The car didn't really like the beating and has begum to sound like a sick diesel.
We made it to Clement Ferard - home of Michelin - and then headed out to a wee campsite in the middle of nowhere. In the village of Orcival I had perhaps my best meal ever, and I don't say that lightly.
