Jane - from Soweto

Had to track down my usual nail lady while in SA and found that she's moved from Sandton to Windsor East. I used to live there in the good old days but wasn't shocked to see that it is now in ruin. Nevertheless went into the little hair/nail studio and spent two hours watching the african ladies plaitting and putting in hair extensions. It's very time consuming but they do end up with some lovely hair styles. My nail lady has had many over the years but at present is short cropped and golden, as you can see in the photo. She's also sporting some nice false eyelashes and all in all I think the look really suits her. Told her I would put her photo on blip so all could see and that seemed to please her. I wish her lots of success in her business but hope she manages to relocate to a more lucrative area soon. See you next time Jane
