The Waiting Game
A somewhat half-hearted affair today, but my blip is starting to get decidedly holey so I want to try and blip without gaps for a while.
Here we have the road I cross each day to get to work.
Korean roads appear to be based on the American model, yet inexplicably pedestrians are forced to wait approximately twelve hours for the red 'don't walk' man to turn green at crossings.
I dread to think how much wasted time I'm accumulating standing here each day, if I added it all up I could probably do something useful like circumnavigate the globe or read a set of encyclopedias.
Sidenote: The structure they're standing by is part of another of the ten Gwangju Follies.
