pretty birds get caught by cats too

saw this as i got out of my car at home.
i'm assuming it fell out of the tree in our driveway.
until i saw it, i had intended on blipping this
(kind of a continuation of yesterday's).
i also almost took a pic of my bleeding tongue;
i bit it in my sleep on one of today's breaks.
i decided i had enough injury pics last week. :)

so... scrambled or fried?
