The 4 Year Old Olivia...is this what is in store??

Here she is, the birthday girl. Cannot believe my beautiful Olivia is already 4!!! Where is the time going? This is in stark contrast to last years shot if you care to click below. Just as we were about to sing her Happy Birthday and blow out her candles, Olivia went into a huff...none of us really know why, this was the hillarious resulting picture. I wanted to recreate the blowing out of the candles in some form, but it was not to be. Never work with Animals and Children. She had been perfectly wonderful earlier.

A few minutes later Dad took Olivia off for a little chat, then she came bounding back to apologise and to thank everyone for singing and blew out her candles for real! Thank the lord as Heather had gone well out of her way to set this up so I could be here to do all of this with Olivia. Luckily Uni was kind today with no classes until 3pm. I came over at 10am to help Olivia, aka Rapunzal open her presents and play for a bit before lunch and cake. Thankyou Heather for letting me feel so involved in her day and for making special provisions for Olivia and her (fairy) Godmother to bond.

After this it was off to uni for a 3-9pm extravaganza! It was the last of the term and not too bad really.
